Apparently, there's a piece by me on D. Harlan Wilson and other members of the Bizarro 'literary street-gang' in this month's Dazed & Confused magazine...I say 'apparently' because I haven't actually scored a copy of this yet myself (I thought it was out next month - boy, have I got my finger on the pulse of the zeitgeist LOL!) fact, I actually had to go on-line and read the bizarro Forum to discover my own article was out!

For those of you too miserly to score a copy in W H Smith's, there's a pdf of the piece over on DHR's site.

On a related note, Steve Aylett emailed a couple days ago to tell me there's an animation here based on his story "The Man Whose Head Expanded," which was in the recent Fall-inspired short-story anthology "Perverted By Language." Fellow Bizarro dude Carlton Mellick III also has a story in the same anthology go check, Fallheads.

intrigued by carlton mellick III... what's that stuff like? and i'm guessing that the earlier two incarnations weren't as good?

Or is it more a case of Star Wars / Empire / Jedi in which case i won't bother...

I'll look for a copy but I don't hold out much hope down here.
When are you gonna start writing stuff for Heat? I can get hold of that.
