This just in:

Number 2 in an occasional series of records that came wrapped in bits of foreign newspapers. Last time was Finland; this time it's East Belgium. My Flemish lingual chops are non-existant, but I think those maps might be indicating the extent that sea-level rises (due to global warming) could potentially devastate the Dutch and Belgian lowlands: worryingly, a sizable chunk of Holland appears to be (potentially) submerged...but worse, Ghent and Antwerp seem to be underwater in this apocalyptic post-warmingverse...nooooo! say it ain't true, bub!

Good to see the Dixie Chicks getting some Flemish props, tho.

Flip the paper over and you get an ad for LiDL...!!!

We've got one of them in Yeovil, believe it or not! Except they're called LiDDELS or LiDDLES or something similar round here. We'd shop there, but it's on the wrong side of town. And, by that, I mean it is physically located on the opposite side of town to us...and not 'the wrong side of town' in a Willie 'Mink' DeVille/early Dire Straits kinda way where it's full of 70s pimps, pushers and zombie-chavs. (Which it is).

(As for the musical contents of the parcel; well, I'll tell ya all about that some other day...)

That's the first 'Big' Willy DeVille reference I've spotted in a dog's age. I wonder what he's doing these days (and if he still sports the 'tache)?

Nah, these days, he pays someone else to do it for him.

Maybe he donated it to John Waters.
