I REMEMBER LEMURIA (RAY PALMER REMIXES)

For now, this slowly-evolving series of pictures should be viewed as the world's slowest flicker-book; the plan is for them to eventually form the kernel of an animated film, hopefully soundtracked by Ice Bird Spiral.

Just in case you don't know what I'm wittering on about with the title n stuff, there's some info about Richard Shaver and "I Remember lemuria" here on Conspiracy Nation.

Interestingly, the sliver age incarnation of DC super-hero The Atom was secretly Professor Ray Palmer...whose creator Gardner Fox was a prolific comics and pulp writer back in the 40s, so would have been aware of Ray Palmer, the editor of Amazing Stories magazine, which originally published Shaver's immensely popular "I Remember Lemuria" series of articles-posing-as-stories (or was it the other way round?).
