Yeah, what Nick said!

Gutta's covered this CD...sorry to shadow ya, mate, but, basically, I just wanted to post these pictures, pervy git that I am:

"The Acid Sound of Eighty-Nine": brilliant!

This compiles some of the tracks from this and this, plus a few more, including, I think, one or two from V/Vm's 365 project. If you've never heard "I Wanna Fuck Miss Nicky Trax", then you've never lived.

It's a great, inexpensive, way to catch up w/ his earlier vinyls...got a feeling that Ade's been diggin' this too: looking forward to catching his thoughts on it.

"Fuck My Pussy" is the sound of human pleasure-circuits misfiring, then completely melting down: the drum sound that Vee brings in half-way thru is absolutely incredible, oh, and that onwards-rolling, uber-morbid bass-synth sound is mmmmbeautiful: cheesy yet disturbing..."Sabam-biem" is strangely lovely: the intro to the 12" of Sparks' "Number One Song in Heaven" relocated to a torture dungeon in West Kensington. But "The Acid Sausage"...you've got to fucking hear "The Acid Sausage"...

Totally recommended by both Nick and myself, and available from the V/VM Test Records Shop.

New Beat will never die!
