KRAFTWERK ORANGE

There was a great joke/fake Electro-Pop group on The Mighty Boosh tonight: they were called Kraftwerk Orange. The two girls in the group were called Neon and Ultra, and were done up in spangly coloured bacofoil, and leg-warmers. One of them played a Simmons electronic drum-kit. Their original keyboard player was an archetypal 'zany' New Wave Eighties Session guy called Johnny Two Hats, who was replaced by the most accurate mustachio'd Midge Ure lookalike since (PJ Harvey's boy-friday) Rob Ellis. They performed a sub-Denim pisstake called 'Electro-Boy' that was waaaaaaaaaaaaay better than anything Goldfrapp have ever done. I'd buy it if it was a single.
